Founding Partner
Duyile is the founder of Dunamis Development Group a leading UK construction firm based in London with more than 16 years’ experience in the residential housing and construction sectors.
Duyile started his career in sales before moving into construction. With a wealth of practical knowledge and exemplary management skills behind him, he brings an abundance of energy and relentless work ethic. He is also an Architect by profession and has many years of experience advising clients on both small and large residential housing schemes.
As a founding partner, his responsibilities include planning, design, construction site management, health and safety, and product procurement.
Leslie specialises in helping people make bank busting rates of return on their money through property investments and has personally been investing in property since 2010. He is also an educator on the topic having lectured for some of the UK’s leading providers of professional property investing training & education.
Leslie began his professional career in business advisory having qualified as a Chartered Accountant and he has a wealth of experience advising high net worth individuals and business owners on financial and commercial matters – in particular property related affairs.
As a founding partner, he is responsible for land acquisition, finance, investor relations and sales.
